Need assistance with returning a product or claiming a warranty, please read below.
Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, the following requirements must be met:

  • Product must have been purchased within the last 45 days.
  • Product must be in its original packaging with all parts and documents included.
  • Product must be in good working order.

To initiate a return, download then complete the TGL RMA Form.  Once the RMA form has been completed email it to .  If accepted, we will issue an RMA # and you will have 30 days to return product.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
  • Discontinued, damaged, unpackaged, or defaced products will not be accepted.
  • Products purchased at promotional prices are not eligible for return.
  • Special order products are not eligible for return.

How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

In order to make a warranty claim please retain the defective product and provide the original Invoice for inspection.   A TGL Warranty Claim form will also need to be completed and emailed to .   If approved based on TGL warranty terms & conditions will repair or replace the original product.  This is a limited warranty which excludes field labor, freight costs, and lift charges related to the installation, repair or replacement of the Product.
